Employment Positions:
FULL-TIME:
ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE:
Reports to the Accounting Manager. Employee will provide assistance with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: An Associate’s degree or comparable work experience is required. This position also requires computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of accounting procedures is preferred. Hourly; full-time.
PART-TIME SEASONAL:
ADMISSIONS CASHIER:
General cashiering/cash control duties, including reconciling cash drawers plus the ability to upgrade Aquarium only sales to combination tickets. Must be able to work weekends. QUALIFICATIONS: Two years cashiering experience; excellent sales communication skills and ability to be proactive and persuasive in terms of communicating available options and maximizing sales opportunities; excellent math skills; accurate keyboarding; computer literacy; and availability to work a flexible schedule. Hourly; seasonal.
SEASONAL GIFT SHOP SALES ASSOCIATE:
General cashiering duties and sales transaction accounting; assisting shop customers; stocking and straightening merchandise and related inventory duties. QUALIFICATIONS: Two years cashiering experience preferred; a friendly and open manner with people; capacity to work well under pressure and availability to work a flexible schedule beginning March 15 through mid-August. Weekends and some weekdays required. Hourly; seasonal.
SEASONAL WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE:
Reports to the Warehouse Manager. This position consist of folding shirts, pricing merchandise, transporting merchandise to gift shops at the IMAX and Aquarium. QUALIFICATIONS: Current driver’s license and excellent driving record. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and must be available to work between the hours of 7:00a.m. – 4:00p.m. LOCATION: Amnicola Highway. Hourly; seasonal.
