HOMESCHOOL FIELD TRIPS

If you bring a group of 10 or more homeschool students, you will qualify for a discounted education rate. Groups must make advance reservations. Families or groups of families with fewer than 10 students do not qualify for this discounted rate.

Enhance your visit with a free education program! Groups of 10 or more students can participate in one of our education programs. If your group includes a wide variety of age levels, you might consider requesting a general animal program in which students meet a variety of live animals up close and discover their unique characteristics.

Don’t forget the AquaQuest, a self-guided observation-based activity sheet for students to complete as they explore the exhibits.

To get the most out of your Aquarium visit, we encourage you to seek out our docents; they are an extraordinary resource. In addition to being knowledgeable about the building and exhibits, they also know many of the animals’ favorite hiding places. Ask them a question – they love to share their wealth of knowledge with our guests!
