Barbour's Seahorse
June 22 - July 23

The long spines on the bony rings that encircle your body give you a thorny appearance, but you're more likely to wear your heart on your sleeve than to scare anyone away. You're very nurturing and maternal, even if you're a male Barbour's seahorse, because it's the daddies who birth seahorse babies. And more than likely, it'll be a large family - sometimes as many as 1,500 babies at a time. The more, the merrier, you always say.

You like sentimental seahorse stuff; water sports of all kinds; cooking up a slew of mysid shrimp stew; and family fun on a large scale.

You dislike wasting seahorse resources; anyone who hurts you; and harsh creatures. You can be moody, broody and strong-willed; you like to have things your way; and can be too emotional and easily hurt.

You are the first to laugh; you express kindness and gentleness; you're very affectionate and protective of your family; you have good intuition; and you're patriotic.
